Refund policy
1. Can I make changes to my order?
To ensure a quick delivery all orders are processed daily, So orders cannot to be altered or changed once your payment is complete.
2. May I return my order?
Yes, we are pleased to offer a return policy on unopened hair extensions within SEVEN (7) DAYS within you receiving your order. We find that we have very low return rates and we are proud of the high quality hair extensions that we offer. However, we understand that there may be a case in which you need to return or exchange your order and we are more than happy to accommodate returns and exchanges on hair extensions that have not been opened, worn or tampered with! We are not responsible for any stylist trying to custom color or dye your virgin or Raw hair.
You must contact us first before returning your package within the seven (7) day return period. All Nik_With_Bundles Hair Extensions and wigs must be shipped back unopened in it's original packaging and the packaging must not be defected or altered in any way or a return will not be issued. Human hair extensions or wigs are considered a hygienic product. Therefore, we do not offer returns or exchanges if the Niki_With_bundles seal is broken
3. When will I receive my refund?
A full refund, excluding the original shipping cost, will be issued to your original payment method after we have received, inspected and confirmed that the returned hair extensions or wigs were not opened and the Niki_With_Bundles security seal was not broken. Refunds are normally returned back to your bank card within 24-48Hrs after we initiate the refund.
4. May I make a exchange?
Yes, you can make an exchange within SEVEN (7) DAYS. The Niki_With_Bundles Seal MUST NOT be Broken! The hair MUST NOT be unwrapped, Uncombed, Not Brushed, No fingers ran through the hair, worn, or altered in any way for an exchange!! If the hair or package is altered we will return the hair back to you. All Sales are final on custom coloring.

You are responsible for all return or exchange shipping costs and we recommend that you send your return with a tracking number because Niki_With_Bundles will not be responsible for lost returns. We recommend that you USPS or fedex to send your return.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
